WELCOME TO THE OSAN OSC!
Welcome to the Osan Officers’ Spouses’ Club (OOSC)! We are a group of spouses from all over the Air Force and beyond who have joined together to make our time in the Republic of Korea as enriched as it can be while also giving back to the greater Osan community. I invite you to check out this website to see all of the social, cultural and philanthropic opportunities we offer our members. Please join us for our Membership Social on the third Thursday of each month. From Book Club and Happy Hour to Lunch Bunch, bowling and crud we have smaller group special activities to suit almost every interest too. Interest and participation drive our special activities! Looking for cultural experiences while in Korea or just a change of scenery? Join the OSC and help us develop our culturally based adventures. This year we plan to enjoy regional cuisine as well as an outing in October to a local attraction or festival. Want to enrich your life and give back to the active duty and Korean community at the same time? The OOSC has many opportunities for philanthropy throughout the year. Each year during Cookie Crunch we bake more than 70,000 cookies to be distributed to all unaccompanied military members on the peninsula. In February we will again host Wild West Night which last year raised more than $30,000 for scholarships, service organizations at Osan and community needs. We welcome your time and talents to make these events successful again this year! Still not convinced? The OOSC also runs the thriving Thrift Shop here at Osan AB and we are always looking for volunteers and donations to enhance this vital link to the community.
