ELIGIBILITY: Osan Officers’ Spouses’ Club (OOSC) membership is described in the current OOSC Constitution, Article III. Membership in OOSC is voluntary and shall consist of Active, Associate, and Honorary Members. Members as described herein.

1. ACTIVE MEMBERS: Entitled to all privileges and benefits of full membership including the right to vote and hold office. The following are eligible for active membership:
A spouse of active duty US military officers residing in the vicinity of Osan AB.
A spouse of “officer equivalent” US civilian personnel residing in the vicinity of Osan AB.
Active duty US military officer or “officer equivalent” US civilian personnel residing in the vicinity of Osan AB.

2. ASSOCIATE MEMBERS: Have all privileges of active members except holding elected office. The following are eligible for associate membership:
Retired or a spouse of retired US military officers residing in the vicinity of Osan AB.
Widows or widowers of US Armed Forces officers whose marital status remains unchanged.
Adult relatives (18 years of age or older) who reside in the household of a member of the Osan Officers’ Open Mess.
Former spouses eligible for benefits under Public Law 97-252, Title 10, "Uniformed Services Former Spouses Protection Act.”

3. HONORARY MEMBERS: (see current OOSC Constitution).
4. GUESTS: (see current OOSC Constitution).

The OOSC year runs from June to May. Annual Dues are payable by exact cash or check in advance. Please print out the form on the forms page and bring it to the next function. If you cannot be at the next function but wish to join, please contact the Membership Chair at membership@osanosc.com.
